We invoice based on the total inclusive product price ( DDP ) shipped to the customers facility. The DDP ( Delivered Duty Paid ) price will include the cost of raw materials, manufacturing, plating/finishing, inspections, packaging, import duties and shipping costs.
We identify, audit and qualify contract manufacturer in China for Customers in the UK and Ireland who want to deal directly with the supplier. Our Chinese engineers have immediate access to huge choice of cost effective high quality manufacturers located in the manufacturing hubs of Guang Dong Province and Shanghai who are competing to do business with you. Depending on your requirements more than one supplier can be pre-approved for you to determine the final selection.
We can provide first article inspections, in-Process and Final Quality inspection services at your Contract Manufacturer’s facility in China. These quality inspections are conducted to meet the standards outlined on your drawings and quality specifications. Our staff travel to the factories at agreed milestones during the manufacturing process to conduct in-line quality checks and again to conduct final inspections prior to shipping the products. The quality inspections which include mechanical measurements and visual inspections will be performed based on the customer product drawings and pre-agreed quality specifications. Inspection reports on their findings will be sent to you for approval. Further product testing can be performed when requested by the customers.
We arrange trips to China for clients who want to visit contract manufacturer’s facilities and meet directly with the supplier themselves. This service is tailored to the each customer’s needs and can include everything from airport transfers, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, translation services and accompanying the customer to the factories.
